My sister is selling her mobile home and it is around 15 years old. It is located in Alabama and the buyer’s loan company needs a copy of the inspection (state?). This inspection would have been done when they bought it new and was set up. Where would I go to find a copy of this inspection for her? She has nothing to show that it was inspected but we know it was because there is a faded inspection decal on the mobile home. Thank you
